"The only thing that I did not like about this property is the water pressure hard to take a shower very low pressure in the water and the cleaning lady didn't clean the floors enough times little Dusty but otherwise all in all I would rent it again yes comfortable quiet very good hard to rinse but otherwise very nice area very nice area"

"We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. The rooms are cold in the character sense, but it was fine for us as we only slept there. It could use a better shower head but it worked. It’s cheap, clean, safe and in a good location. "First of all I booked this hotel in Sept for a stay in Dec and it was 10 of us that were supposed to stay… I called and called to make sure everything was good with the reservation and No one answers, I finally get down to the morning of my stay bcus I hadn’t received any instructions on how to enter the property and called some more no answer so I reach out to hotels. com to let them know and they said they would call then all of a sudden I receive a text message that says I’m sorry I missed...

"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

"Nice little property very clean. There was two of us staying for a full week and there was only three towels provided that was less than ideal and then we did not realize or see anywhere in the listing about the crazy bar scene one of the nights every single road was closed and we had to take a long route around to get to the house. "We were in the area for a conference for work. We had 12 people with us. The house was a nice size and was wonderful for team bonding. We also had plenty of room to spread out if we needed space. "

"It was lipstick on a pig. First, we were switched to a different house. 4bd 2ba no hot tub, same price. Residue from previous renters on the dining table, kitchen counter tops, bathroom counters needed to be cleaned so I went and bought cleaning supplies. Condensation from the HVAC seeped under the vinyl flooring making mold grow in the cracks of the floor and you'd feel the wetness when walking around with no shoes. It was like staying in a flipped house off HGTV and it wasn't done...

"We stayed here for two nights while in Tampa to visit family and see a ball game. The unit was layed out oddly. It was not filthy, but could use a deeper clean. The property was located on the water with a beach area, but no access to swimming . They advertise a fishing pier, but it was damaged and roped off for safety concerns. The best part of the property was the pool area and restaurant and bar. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"I stayed at Haya during a 3 night stay to visit family. It is more economic than staying downtown (about $100 cheaper a night). The food and drinks were delish, complimentary coffee, and the staff very friendly. My room was clean and spacious and the balcony was a plus! The pool area was clean and relaxing. They even had floats for the kids. They were able to accommodate a later check out even though they were pretty busy. Ybor is such a cute area with a lot of potential, it’s a shame that the majority of it is vacant. I would stay downtown if you’re looking for more of an inner-city experience. "

Quiet Oasis near Bustling Busch Gardens

"Staff is professional and friendly. Checkin was quick and easy. Courtyard area with pool is definitely a tropical oasis in the middle of a busy area near Busch Gardens. We were here for only one night and I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely stay here again!"
