「This hotel is exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful, quaint, elegant hotel in the middle of downtown Sedalia. They have really done a lot to maintain the original construction as much as possible. The food in the Oak Room was 5 stars and moderately priced. Excellent walking distance to almost anything you would like to see. The downtown architecture is beautiful. Would definitely return.」

「Room was very clean, I had requested first floor and it was granted. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices.」

「It was a filthy place. Felt unsafe while there Staff was belittling, unhelpful and would not refund money for two of the nights we did not stay. Room was full of roaches, floor was very sticky and beds were crusty. Save your money and go somewhere else.」

「Gross rooms. Stained up sheets and ripped blankets. Common areas were nice but the rooms were outdated and GROSS. Rooms were musty. These reviews on here were misleading. Night manager gave me the creeps. 2/10 cockroach motel! Was scared to even put bags on the floor not worth $160 a night」
