"Excellent place to stay for vacation or business. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much! Front desk staff were very friendly and greeted us each time we came through the doors. Very clean and great centralized location. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Room and Hotel was clean. The lobby was alittle difficult to find because of the shops and restaurants underneath. The Lounge and Bar Area we really enjoyed, especially with having the games available."

"My only choice of stay when I return back to Charlotte, As a 10 year Navy Veteran they always give me and my companions the greatest courtesy and my room is always Floor 23 or higher. I love the view, I miss Charlotte the Westin brings me back HOME! Rooms always clean and fully stock, sheets, towels and blankets don’t smell dusty like other places!"
