"If I could rate this hotel 6 stars out 5 I absolutely would, I genuinely can’t think of a better hotel in Bali than the Kayon Jungle Resort.. I’ve stayed here three times now and the one thing that keeps me coming back time and time again is the staff.. When you walk in, you literally feel like royalty.. Everyone is just so kind and genuine and you really feel like you’ve become part of their Balinese family throughout your time here.. I loved it so much that I even booked another stay here next year.. The pool bar and surrounding area literally feels like it’s been taken out of a painting with each of the pools flowing into the one below, it resembles a rice terrace field and gives a striking visual which is one of the reasons the resort has become so popular on Instagram and TikTok.. They really knew what they were doing when designing this place and it screams luxury! I can’t wait to see you all again next May! 🙏"

"Maya Ubud genuinely felt like heaven. It is one of those places where the setting is as much a part of the experience as the hotel itself. The resort is surrounded by nature, rice fields, forest and the river valley, so it feels incredibly peaceful and removed from everything even though you are still close to Ubud. Walking around the property was an experience on its own. We stayed in the Maya Presidential Villa and the photos online honestly do not do it justice. It is enormous, around 950 square meters, and feels much more like having a beautiful private home in the middle of nature than staying in a hotel villa. The space, privacy, pool and surroundings really need to be experienced in person. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, always warm, thoughtful and attentive. We had friends over one evening and the team prepared a private BBQ dinner for us at the villa. A special shoutout to Yoga or Yogal, who took care of us for the BBQ and made the evening especially memorable.
