「We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly hotel clerk. Check in was quick and efficient. As my husband and I are both seniors, being given the option of a 1st floor room was a plus. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay at the Cod Cove Inn again should we ever have an occasion to be in the area again in the future.」

「What a gorgeous property and very pleasant stay! Thank you to the entire team for the immaculate, unique setting. We felt welcomed the moment we arrived, enjoyed the sunrise from the huge windows overlooking the water, and the delicious continental breakfast. The location overlooks a lovely beach and walking path and we enjoyed the serenity and delicious dining in South Portland as well as the convenience to Old Port. 「Breakfast was good. You are in the middle of major renovations. The halls had debris from construction in them. It appears to me that the project should have been planned so that customers did not have to walk past rooms in the process of being rebuilt. Our room was newly renovated and nice. The shower has problems. The least was there was no place to put the soap as one takes a shower. The worst is that water from the shower flowed on to the bathroom floor instead of being contained in...

「This was an end of season visit. The property, breakfast, and staff couldn’t be nicer. Sadly, pool was closed up for the season along with the restaurant. Dining options were very limited, even in town due to it being post Columbus Day.」

「Clean, beautiful room with a vintage feel. Great staff, very attentive. If you have a show to go to they offer a car service to take you there. It’s a 5 minute walk to the theater though so that was nice. Tandem bakery is right next door. You have to get coffee and pastries. Make sure to get a loaded biscuit. 」
