「We loved everything about The Inn on Mount Desert. The staffers were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was made to order for us. We could walk to everything in town. We have already made reservations for another visit in a few months. This will be our go-to destination in Bar Harbor from now on.」

「Saltair Inn is fabulous. Our room was beautiful and had a very cozy feel, with a fantastic view. The hosts were great, and breakfast was terrific. It was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this B&B and will not hesitate to stay there again.」

「Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm. No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves.」

「We stayed in mid-November, after much of the town has closed up for the season. The front desk provided us with a list of restuarants that were still open, which was helpful. The Oasis lounge was still open and where we ate our first night, everything was delicious. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and enjoyed watching the snow flurries blow in over the water. Beautiful property with great views! We really enjoyed the quiet!」
