A motel with a Non working elevator...we lare 2 seniors who had to hump 2 heavy suitcases and roller bags up 2 flights of stairs. We did not want 1st floor level for safety reasons.

They had a bumper night by being sold out and overbooked. They found me alternate lodging without asking my permission and without even giving me the opportunity to cancel my reservation instead. When I reached out to management for a refund, they refused and ghosted me after two emails.

Staff was really helpful I probably talked to 4 different people each as helpful as the previous one. It was quick check in had a great choice in room and was so nicely located too a lot of stuff. Most importantly it was close to the 1 line from the airport

Place was cheap and got the job done. It wasn’t anything amazing and the parking lot and street were super loud all night even with the window shut. The breakfast is like a couple of packaged pastry things and like some granola bars. About what you’d expect for the price!

The hotel was not in the best area, however they had a lot of security cameras and closed down the parking lot/entry to the hotel at around 11pm which made me feel a bit better about safety. The area was loud. There were lots of cars driving by all night and lots of sirens from the police in the city. Definitely not the place if you need a super quiet night. The hotel concierge told us we could check in at 2pm, but when we went back to check-in at 2, he told us we had to wait until 3pm. Seems like he should’ve told us that from the beginning instead of telling us to come back around 2pm. The hotel was clean and I did see the cleaning crew hard at work. The free parking was nice as well.

This should be a WAAAY cheaper hotel room - it was not anything that I would expect from a Wyndham property. The best part was Top Hat Donut next door. They had fabulous coffee and donuts.

The grounds are locked at night, keeping out anyone that isn't a guest. Laid back hotel in easy walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and about a 15 minute walk to Pikes Place. Second time staying here and will stay again
