Clean and private rooms even with a lot of other people staying there. Staff were super nice. I didn’t feel weird texting girl owner for plunger. Neighborhood is super hilly so the walk from downtown is a bit difficult but enjoyable.

Loved it here! So clean and peaceful! Really cute space we loved that there were windows in the room and bathroom so we could air out the space! Couple things, careful when paying with Apple Pay that caused some complications during check in, it’s better to just use a physical card. Also it is up three flights of stairs if you have physical limitations I would keep that in mind. Neighborhood was super convenient and close by to everything.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was spotless, organized, and exactly as described. The location is fantastic, and it was so nice to have such a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring Seattle. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Bed and bathroom had hair from previous guest, the walls are scratched up from people moving furniture, the location is farther from climate pledge than originally stated and you can hear people opening and closing rooms throughout the night.

This place was disappointing and uncomfortable. The rooms do not come with lamps, only overhead lighting which means you have to get out of bed to turn the lights on/off. This felt dangerous to me to walk around in an unfamiliar space in the dark. I could not get the heat to work and the property managers took a long time to respond and then could not help me fix it. The only furniture in the room was a slightly broken chair. I ended up leaving without staying the night as it was so uncomfortable. I requested a refund but the property denied it despite my concerns about health and safety. There are much better places to stay in Seattle. I do not recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean. As someone who went to explore a new city this was the a perfect stay. Public transportation was easily accessible and it was close to downtown. The host was attentive and quick to respond to any concerns I had. We only rented a car for one day so we were worried about parking but were lucky to find a space in front of the home but I can see why it would be difficult if one decides to rent a car for their stay. I would definitely stay here again if I visit again.

This was a perfect spot and room for my husband and I! Super cute, loved the view of the water/city and loved the shower and bathroom connected. Comfortable bed and appreciates the AC unit! Street parking wasn't terrible at all! You may have to walk just a bit, but honestly we got pretty lucky every time and we left often to adventure out! Thank you we will stay again and recommend to others!

The place does not get the credit it deserves. If you read the description, then you know what to expect and this place definitely met expectations. It was in a very nice and safe location and the property was very well maintained and had a few very nice amenities (like a heated bathroom floor!). Yes, the room is small and yes it is a guest house, but you get a private bathroom. This was perfect for my friend and I who really only needed a place to sleep.

I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to sleep only and not have your own transportation. Parking is extremely limited. Some nights there were weird smells that I could not pinpoint what it was. However, it was actually very clean 👍

The room is sparsely furnished but the kitchen is well equipped. If you take public transportation to the suite take #4 and avoid bus E at all cost. The walk from bus E is terrible. The management had mention this on its description.

Very responsive and its near the Space Needle. The only problem is parking. If you're going back home late at night, expect to park far (maybe 3-10 min walking distance). Street parking isnt bad, its the available spots.
