Front office staff was very laid back, kind and professional, very helpful. They switched our room easily. We wanted non smoking, which we technically got, but it smelled like smoke, and the next morning the clean clothes we slept in smelled like smoke and dirty. The fridge was broken, and when opened smelled horrible. Parking was great...
