I took advantage of the new, renovated Premier rooms located in the very back of the property. I'm so glad I did! Way better than the cheaper rooms. A view of the hills, extremely quiet. Nothing above or below you. What a difference! I'm definitely coming back!

Mandy and the check in staff were awesome!! The housekeeping staff was great! The room was clean & cozy. The only real draw back was the ice machine was out of service. I stay here often and will continue to do so with the service and cleanliness like this.

The room was very clean and cozy. The staff, especially Mandy and the front desk staff, were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. The washers and dryers are new and work great. I hope they fix the ice machine soon.

The property was nice and it felt pretty safe. However, the front desk staff was horrible and the only ice machine was out of order. From the look of the sign, it looks like it has been broken for a long time.

They were nice and super helpful got a guest of the day sack… some neat stuff!! It was quiet! My room was well maintained! I have nothing negative to say. Common problems life throws at the world… over used ice machine that broke… Always the only issue! I have been to five stars that they break.

Staff had major attitude when I checked in. Every time I went back for an issue which were several I was encountered with rolled eyes and short responses. Rooms smelled like smoke when I walked for non-smoking. A/C didn’t work and was told at check in if I wanted a refund because it didn’t work but I had no other place to go that I could afford so I had no choice. Was not given any discount for the inconvenience at all. TV connections and remote didn’t work and no maintenance team was available to help. Asked for towels and took o er an hour for them to get them for me. No toiletries except a little bar soap.

I definitely do not recommend this place. We got her 20 minutes before 3pm and was inform i was going to be charge $22 for early check in. I decided to wait out does 20 minutes by the time 3pm got here there was a line to check in. We got out room 3:20pm. The room are good size. We didn't have a remote control for the TV. As we called it in they send some with a control that did not work. They said it was nothing that they could do about it. They next day Mind you check out is at 11AM. House keeping knocking at our door at 10:15 AM REALLY THIS PLACE CANT ALLOW YOU TO CHECK IN A FEW MINUTES EARLY BUT KNOCKING BEFORE YOUR TIME IS RIDICULOUS
