"I was extremely disappointed. I paid to stay for an additional few hours as my flight is late in the day. While I was out housekeeping bagged my bags. They didn’t see the notes and additional payment (according to them), even though I verified it before I left for the day."

"Pros: free laundry and detergent, clean and fresh-smelling, friendly staff, very spacious, hot tub outside on the balcony (we didn’t use), many amenities (we did not use).
