10/10 Excellent
"Know your license plate number when checking in. The process is a bit old fashioned and not very seamless by any means. We got a block of rooms and it took awhile to get everything situated but after it was situated things went relatively smoothly. The reservation system most definitely need an upgrade though."

Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach by IHG

8/10 Good
"The room was clean! But the AC was leaking and it made the balcony feel off limits. We paid for an ocean view, but all of the rooms have an ocean view. I feel like we had the worst view out of all of the rooms, so that was disappointing since we paid extra for the view. The in room breakfast was great and my husband enjoyed the bar."
