「Location is convenient for everything, shopping, restaurants and beach. Front staff and concierges are friendly. Room is good with the ocean view, but the bathroom is too small. 」

「The vibe is good and the pool area is great. The interior decor is modern with style, but not comfortable and not user friendly, especially there is no chair provided, so you are not able to work in the room. I stayed 5 days and thus have to look for places outside when I needed work, which is still alright at day time, but impossible during night hours. The room is quite small but still acceptable. Overall not worth the price it charged 」

「First an formost, the staff really gives a damn about you and your stay. There where three times I was assisted, small things, yet alll making you feel as if they are delighted that you are there. Second, the bed... I swear this is one of the softest and welcoming bed... slept so well. The property is clean. I suggest if you are there more than one day get a room in the courtyard. The kitcheneet was way more equipped than I expected and when I return (I will return) I expect to use it as there...

「This hotel is so chic and youthful. I did not feel uncomfortable or under dressed although I was in jeans and flip flops. The decor is beautiful and very inviting. The rooms are cute and staff extremely helpful and friendly.」

「Convenient transportation. But hotel parking fee is a bit expensive for 60 dollars per night. Hotel house keeping often forget to supplement spare parts . The staff at the counter have a good attitude, but we often call the front desk, they are too busy to wait for a long time before someone answers the phone.」

「Room was spacious , clean and quiet. In house restaurant had great indoor and outdoor seating. Food options for breakfast were great and reasonably priced for a hotel in Santa Monica. Coffee options were great. Newly added nitro cold brew coffee which I loved. Service was good. Front desk staff were positive, polite and accommodating. Entry hall bathrooms were really clean and neat. Front entrance view once inside was really neat. Bellmen service outside was excellent.」
