1. I reported a large dog waste filled bag to the front desk just after check in as I had nearly stepped right into it... They said they would have maintenance take care of it but it was still there at 0800 the next morning when we checked out
2. We reported a leaky tub faucet. Maintenance did present for it but he stated the entire faucet unit would need to be replaced (he said many of the rooms were needing but it would take a long time). We decided due to the intrusive nature of the repair we would need sleep and couldn't have repair work done on our time. When we were getting ready for bed and the room was now quiet we realized the leak was noisy, we were getting up, wrapping the faucet with towels, placing towels at the drain... just trying to minimize the sound so we could try to sleep ~ I even called the front desk to complain about this faucet!
3. After a night of no sleep, I went to make coffee with the provided Keurig just to realize we weren't provided any bottles of water for the Coffee machine so my daughter went to get bottled waters for the coffee and she was told it would be $2.00 per bottle when the afternoon before the front desk said they were (2) bottles complimentary per person! She declined !
I certainly hope Hilton staff was not being discriminatory against my daughter who is an amazing, strong, independent person but will not return to a Hilton establishment anytime soon.
I am currently requesting a refund of the $284.92~I did not get rest!
