My Bose headphones went missing during my stay. Staff were apologetic but delayed taking any action until it was too late and the camera footage was lost. The Director of Operations insisted my stay had been “enjoyable,” yet offered no compensation, adding to the frustration. I would never stay here again. It was quite run down and a case of being penny wise and headphone foolish."

"Liked the room with a kitchen. We got the jacuzzi tub which we loved. The room needs some updating. For example, the reading lights beside the bed were removed with no replacement. There were cracked tiles. Staff were friendly and we easily got extra items like towels."
