「I liked the staff and their laid-back, but eager-to-please attitude. Also, the location 50 feet from the beach was special with lifeguard safe swimming, an abundance of restaurants, and ecltic sightseeing. 」

「It was clean and within walking distance of the Beach. The only thing is the Palms is the name of the Building not the actual hotel which is called Hollywood which we thaught we where t the wrong place. It was another resident which walked us to the office which the GPS address seems to drop us off at another named location on another parrelle street. Other then that It still gets a 5 star, they just need bigger and clear signs as to where to find the office and the different buildings with...

「首先位置不是很好，不是很方便游览。其次酒店在各方面还有待于完善。比如清洁方面人员不够，所以没有办法每天打扫干净。只是简单了事。打电话服务台从来不接电话，就算偶尔接电话也不会给处理。电梯不够用等。」
