「服務人員很棒，入住很順利，記得跟服務人員索取city card,免費,因為住宿費用，現場會收城市稅，此卡可以搭此區的公車免費，自駕車可停飯店，需付費5歐/天，公車有到祖格峰纜車站，市區很多賣戶外用品，樣式折扣都很多，用餐的地方也多，唯一缺點沒暖氣，夏天也需問看看是否有冷氣，歐洲夏天沒以前那麼不熱了，但這位於山腳下，可能會好點.」

「Location is great! 5mins walk to the Zugspitze Bahnhof and 7-8mins walk to the main City Center with a lot of shops. Lidl is located just across the street with openings Mon-Sat 8-20hr. With a 5-10mins walk you can reach a lot of good restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel buffet breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices. The mountain view suite is enough big for 2 people and the room design is modern and new. The hot water is not stable though and the parking is expensive - the only two things...

「There is no air con in the room and actually in the entire premise I assume, so it's completely unbearable in summer. I stayed towards the main road, which is noisy around the clock and while I was forced to open the window for ventilation (without much use), the traffic made me completely unable to sleep.
