「Great location to Gruene and it's on the river! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I found one small spider so the rooms need to be treated for insects. Coffee maker should be with frig not in the bathroom! Window seals need cleaning and the outdoor bulb needs a cover. Front desk area is sloppy and needs and nice clean eye for the guest. Right now it looks like a teenagers room. The walls had nice new paint but needed more paintings or something decorative in the bare walls. For the price...

「The staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean and well-appointed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful — even more lovely and peaceful than the online pictures. We were able to get a local boat rental company to deliver a kayak right to the hotel, and we were able to embark right from the hotel grounds! 」

「The room was very comfortable & clean. I really enjoyed the chaise lounge instead of the reg uncomfortable chairs in most hotels. An added touch was the artfully folded towels. Also the location was perfect for where we were visiting. Lastly, the hot breakfast was good esp. the cinnamon rolls」
