「We had an excellent weekend at Horseshoe Riverside Lodge. The location is fantastic, and the place looks exactly like the photos — everything is true to what you see online. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated with a charming Texas style that really helps you connect with the place and its surroundings. 「A small, quite, old fashioned hotel....clearly well taken care of considering it's age...simple, clean, was honestly like staying at my grandma's in 1996. Some people like fancy ammenities and modern updates, if it's not broken, why are we fixing it? Basic and extremely clean. 」

「It was my first home vacation rental. Everything was very nice and clean. Communication with the rental company was very easy and helpful. They responded to any questions I had promptly. The location we had was centrally located to area shopping, restaurants as well as tourist sites. We had five adults staying together at our location. It accommodated all of our needs. I would highly recommend this home to other families.」

「Parking was very close to the room and I could see my car in the parking lot from my first floor window. I had a patio that I, unfortunately, had no time to enjoy. Blackout curtains, no noise. TV, in room climate control that was quiet as well. Plenty of hot water in a very clean bathroom. I was lucky enough to meet the owners and two daughters. Wonderful people who took very good care of the Motel and guests. Thank you for a delightful stay. 」

「My recent stay at this location was very satisfying. The gentleman attendee in reception was friendly. The room was spacious, clean, cool and the beds were very comfortable. The weather did not permit us fo enjoy the lake which is walking distance from the hotel. But all in all I had an enjoyable time at Canyon Lake. I would love to go back to enjoy the lake.」
