One thing I was not expecting was the train being near by. A couple of times you could hear the squealing of the tracks. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to see the river from our rooms. (237 and 238). The grandkids had a good time. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The resort is dated, it feels more like a camping vibe than a luxurious resort vibe. It’s cheaply finished and poor quality renovation are obvious. They staff and customer service is excellent and they do a great job of offering activities for the kids, but their pool areas are not anything fancy and inconvenient to try to access other pools on the resort. The rooms are okay, the resort is nice. From a family who regularly camps this felt like an upgraded camping experience, definitely not the resort vibe I was expecting like some other waterpark resorts I’ve been to.
