「Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.」

「Excellent experience! High recommended!」

「The environment of the room is Dimly lit, the hotel room have two parts, one part is inside the reception, one part is the other side, I am living the other side part, the location of this is difficult to find.」

「It was great」

「The apartment was in a perfect location for good transport and for visiting the main attractions; most within walking distance. It was very clean, comfortable and at night, very quiet. 」

「I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!」

「The pictures weren’t clear , we thought we had the other room with the patio. But we still had a great time and everything went well.」

「Really convenient location, not crowded at all since it’s not in the center of the city. Everything is close and easy to walk to! The room itself was very clean with two AC units that kept everything a nice temperature. Just be careful going up and down the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow.」

「The apartment is in a good location and very clean.」

「We loved our stay in Florence and the apartment was perfect. The location was in walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see and enjoyed a great outdoor market about 10 minutes from the apartment on Sunday. Check in was easy and quick. The representative met us at the apartment within minutes of our arrival and communicated with us through what’s app. Apartment was clean, air conditioned and had free wifi. I would highly...
