「Atmosphäre,Services, Sauberkeit, Küche hervorragend. Aufgeschlossene Kommunikation mit den Gästen. Es gab keine offenen Fragen, die nicht erfüllt werden konnten. Wünschenswert wäre eine zweite Sitzgelegenheit in einem Zimmer mit Zweierbelegung. Die Umgebung läd zum wandern als auch zum verweilen ein. Die Hotelanlage insgesamt wirkt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Verweilen auf der Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick ins Tal bei einem tollen Essen oder einem Glas vino tinto lohnt sich allemal....

「Super nettes Personal. Klein und übersichtlich, aber alles sehr herzlich eingerichtet. Privatsphäre noch vorhanden. Sehr "familiär" gehalten. Quasi direkt gegenüber Anbindung zu Bus und Bahn. Sehr zu empfehlen.」

「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」
