"The room was clean, but had a very bad odor in it. The bed though, was extremely comfortable and that definitely was a plus for us. The breakfast was fine, with enough things to choose from. The light in the bathroom was flickering the whole time, so that was also somehow annoying. All in all, I think we would only stay here again if the prices were more appropriate to what you get and if we were offered another room (that hopefully didn't smell bad)."

"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. "I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip and think it is an excellent place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and the room was ideal for my requirements. I enjoyed the self-service breakfast in the morning with the range of different food options and like having the bar/restaurant so I could get a drink and bite to eat if I got in late. I have stayed at this hotel before and will stay at this hotel again in the future when I visit Gothenburg."

"The breakfast and dinner at the bar from the restaurant Archie’s was good quality. It has a great pool and spa like area overlooking the city which is nice after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We had a drink at Gogogqga which was a lively place. The view was so nice. Yhe hotel is not in the central city but it is right next to Ullevi stadium so that would be a plus if you are going to a game. The rooms are quite dated. Needs a bit of a refresher but otherwise a good hotel."

Both the waiting staff and chef were excellent at helping with options for a meal excluding my food allergies. Great location with the Tram stops outside to travel through the city. "I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. My room was on the top floor and while it didn’t have a window view, the skylight provided plenty of light and gave me a small glimpse of the skyline. The bathroom was very big and quite functional and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I applaud you on your efforts to put out a good breakfast buffet. And your staff was more than friendly and very helpful in answering my questions. If I ever find myself returning to Gothenburg, yours would be the hotel I would stay at again."

"Overall, a great stay, and I was impressed by the size of the room and the dining hall as as well as the breakfast buffet selection. The location was great for me because it was only a 15 minute walk to the convention center. The entire facility was very clean. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with great variety - fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, bread, oats. I really enjoyed it."
