Brilliant hotel, super helpful and friendly staff. Food was amazing. The only fault and seriously this is the most minor thing was the vents in the bath room need a good dust. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

En städning hade inte skadat av rummet. Där vi bodde var det super dammigt, saknade handdukar samt när man satte sig i fåtöljen dök all möjligt skräp fram, inte mysigt att hitta en kaviartub från frukosten… Vi drack drinkar på kvällen men personalen var inte intresserade av att servera, första gick fort att få men att få beställa igen va näst in till omöjligt, när vi lyckades få tag på servitör igen passa vi på att ta notan för att inte missa en annan bokning. Frukosten var helt klart det som va bäst på hela vistelsen, där va personalen för snabb istället så tallriken man åt på försvann innan man ens va klar. Men otroligt god frukost buffé.

Fint hotell med snygg och unik inredning. Riktigt bra frukost, rent o snyggt. Trevlig personal. Sängen var mjuk men lakanen var sträva och täcket var tungt.

There was a drone alarm on Gothenburg’s airport so all flights got diverted or sent back. I was not able to utilise my booking and to my BIG surprise Dorsia did not even offered me a simple voucher for a hotel breakfast even though the room was fully paid and not even touched. I feel that was poor and I’ve never experienced such bad customer service - and I do travel a lot. Over 100 nights per year in hotels. Guess boutique hotels don’t care about good references and guest recommendation or that guest keeps on coming back

Vänlig och trevlig personal under hela vistelsen. Fantastisk miljö att få äran att bo i,fina rum. En frukost med allt man kunde tänka sig och lite till. Pricken över i att ägaren Tomas tog sig tid att berätta lite historia kring hotellet. Tack till alla som servat oss denna helg helt magiskt.

Smutsigt porslin, glas och bestick på rummet samt skräp i godisskålen man fick. Tom lotion och ej påfylld handtvål. Sängen skakade när dörrar stängdes i korridoren och taklampan skramlade när folk gick ovanför. Vattnet rann ut ur duchen så hela badrumskolvet blev blött. Behövde be om kaffe tre gånger på frukost och fick det först när vi var klara.

Vel nok byens bedste

Hvis man søger et hotel der er fuldstændig gennemført i stil og helt anderledes end alle andre, så skal man helt sikkert bare booke her. Om man er frankofil eller ej, så er det helt umuligt at glemme denne oplevelse. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage! Maden i restauranten er tilberedt med omhu og morgenmaden er vel nok byens bedste. Betjening og service er venlig og stemningen er afslappet og helt særlig.

Supertrevlig personal! Det enda som drog ner lite var en receptionist som checkade in mig då hon sa att det inte gick att checka ut senare och inte var lika glad och trevlig som de andra, men dagen efter sa en annan väldigt hjälpsam receptionist att det gick bra. Fantastiskt fint, häftig interiör och supergod frukost! Tappar en stjärna då det stod att det fanns tillgång till gym (av denna anledning valde jag detta hotell istället för ett annat), men det framgick inte att man fick betala 150SEK för att använda det. Annars toppen!

A wonderful gem, nested on a quiet street, close to Central Train Station, waterfront, rose garden. The setting is romantic and beautiful, the staff is incredibly helpful, the restaurant offers few but delicious dishes. Everything about Dorsia is beautiful “old world opulence” and I just loved it.
