The hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, the room was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit.

Staff are really polite and welcoming. Rooms are compact and weren’t properly cleaned during stay eg used tea bags left and not cleared. Breakfast is excellent although very crowded. Good location and lovely restaurant and bar within hotel. Quite expensive and probably better value in other hotels in area.

The hotel is nice and well located . The staff are very friendly. There was quite alot of construction noise in the area but I understand this is out of the hotels control. The bars downstairs were not always open. We were told we could take a drink from the downstairs bar to our room as it was closing . However when I tried to take a drink from the rooftop bar to our room I was told it was not allowed which was a bit confusing. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Gothenburg

Comfy room with good views across Gothenburg, powerful shower. Centrally located for easy access to sights, restaurants and bars. Rooftop bar was also quite vibey for a Saturday night. We did book a spa session as well which was actually pretty busy and so, not super relaxing (and you paid extra for this). The breakfast is good but was also super busy - they try and help this by staggering the times but it seemed like too many people. Only other minor inconvenience was that the Chromecast didn't work.

This is a beautiful opulent hotel but it is huge and more suited to conferences than leisure breaks. Lack of storage space in hotel room was a big minus - there is one small cupboard containing fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and ironing board, with a single rail above for hanging clothes as long as they're not too long to dangle into the coffee machine. Useless for more than one night - we lived out of suitcases. It wasn't clear from Expedia that there is no use of the spa included in the price and that it is an extra 295SEK per person for a 2 hour slot which has to be booked. The spa is relaxing and has good ambience but the facilities are extremely limited (hot sauna good, cold sauna hopeless, experience showers limited to a bucket of not very cold water, pools have no seating or bubbles - just large pools of warm shallow water). Staff were professional and friendly, but housekeeping extremely erratic with poor communication meaning that small problems became big and annoying.

Vilken härlig adventsweekend på Draken vi fick! Rummet var perfekt och genomtänkt i många detaljer. Som att handdukarna hade två färger, hur lampor fungerade, lyset på toa på natten, uppförstorings-spegel i spegeln, mörkläggningsgardiner, kontakter för mobil och varsitt bord vid sängen. Vi gillade utsikten och då var vi ändå inte högre än 8:e våningen. Vi fick uppleva högsta vyn med drink på topbaren och god middag i restaurangen! Draken ligger strategiskt bra med promenadavstånd och spårvagnshållplatser! All personal vi mötte var glada och tillmötesgående! Luciatåget var stämningsfullt och sjöng så fint på frukosten! Frukosten var fantastisk och det flöt på bra, trots att hotellet nog var fullbokat! Omelett och gröt uppskattades!
