We stayed for a weekend and we were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean and loved the open foyer area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the size of the shower. Only thing we didnt like was the plastic mattress topper which kept sliding around on the bed. Plus we wanted double room and got two singles?

Spa was unfortunately useless to us, too complicated all in all to just enjoy as a hotel guest. It's basically a different company within the hotel with it's own pricing, actions and limited opening hours, so not spontaneously enjoyable. The room wasn't cleaned properly two times and generally we did not enjoy the room with a view without natural day light. The breakfast was lovely and the atrium restaurant was really good too! The parking was good too.

Excellent location within walking distance to transportation, restaurants, and shopping etc… The breakfast buffet was unreal. They had anything & everything you could imagine. Housekeeping did fantastic job with refreshing the room everyday while we were out. Never had to request anything as they always made sure everything was replaced and stocked. Great hotel.

We stayed in a Superior Room, which was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, although it's worth noting that the hotel uses double duvets. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. I particularly liked the idea of being able to make your own Caesar salad. The hotel is centrally located, with all the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Overall, a very pleasant stay that I would happily recommend.

The location is excellent next to the Central Station and for a family of four, the room size was very good. We however found the room to be very hot despite the hotel’s cooling system, even with the small fans provided by the hotel. My advice is request one of the rooms that have a window that can be opened just a slight bit. The interior rooms have no natural ventilation.

Our expectation of the hotel was high and it kind of delivered that to us too. Staff we found to be very helpful and polite and the whole place was spotlessly clean - as was Gothenburg itself Criticism (although extremely harsh and personal preference based) would be that the bed was too soft for our own liking and the room was quite as blackout as the detail suggested. But we still survived the three nights we had booked in for so these weren’t really that bad afterall were they! Breakfast had lots on offer from the typical full English (but not all in) or continental or just a mosh mash of whatever you wanted. That still filled a hole each day too

Incredible hotel! We stayed for 6 days and everything was perfect. Great welcome by the reception team, the room was spacious and decadent, and the restaurant was brilliant after day’s adventuring. We had a late night flight so even managed to extend our stay to keep our room. Coffee at the bar was a luxury and staff were amazing throughout - our very little Swedish was matched by their incredible patience and kindness! Tack for making our Gotenburg experience so much fun!

Staying with this hotel brings back good memories (retired hotelier Radissonblu Oslo, Norway). Thananta and Michael was friendly, informative and wonderful upon check in and out. It felt good like home. Had a big smile observing breakfast crew taking care of food supplies and tables ready for the next guests for their breakfast. Unfortunately it seamed to me like the VIP upgrade will never happen. They are all reserved for Raddison Blu members - even if they were still available to book through Hotels.com Room was OK, yet have stayed in many that have been better. Check out was slightly strange - as they were never going to show me what the invoice was for until insisted to see it. Yet still no itemised printout. Good location, breakfast was good and plentiful if required - was busy at the weekends. I have feedback to Hotels.com yet nothing heard from them either.

I liked my room, even though it was at the budget end of the range. The hotel made a play of all the really famous people who'd stayed there, and I could help feeling in rather grander style than myself. But the price was excellent, which is very important. I liked the location, which was a stone's throw from the bus station where you got the bus back to the airport. I was able to accomplish everything I wanted to do in Gothenburg using this as a base. I liked the evening meal I had (meatballs), but the breakfast range didn't suit me (don't eat eggs) and the food I did get was quite cold and poor value for money.
