There is not much in that town, we did most of our eating out in Helen, GA. We went to Tallulah Falls which also was a bit of a drive but well worth it.

Our stay was good enough for what we needed. The staff was fine, but we didn't interact that much. The bed was comfy, bit the pillows were WAY too soft. The location IS nice. It is near Hellen an central to a number of trails and waterfalls. A great place to ‘get away’. Oh, and if you want to disconnect from the grid, the Bear Paw cottage we stayed at had NO cell service or internet connection!
