The decks had never been cleaned as there was mold on it and the railings. We found 5 alive roaches. The office was not open on the weekend which we found strange. I WOULD NOT recommend this property to my worst enemy

It was very outdated like 1990s.. the drains in the bathroom and tub slowly drained, the Jets in the tub when you turned them on it looked like pieces of mold came out, so we chose not to use the whirlpool tub.. indoor pool was big but uncap. The building itself was really extremely hot. No kind of ventilation or air and the building is fallen apart has holes in it and the swimming pool was filthy. The price was a good price online but once you got there, I had wished that we had went and stayed somewhere else..

Drive up to the buildings was a little scary esp in the dark when we arrived but not so bad. Resort is cute, security guy that checked us in (late) was friendly and helpful, enjoyed the space, condo was clean. Decor is outdated and building could use some paint. But had a good stay, would stay here again and would recommend.

The entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was dated but we loved it! The rooms were clean, kitchen was clean and bathrooms were clean. There were a few random treasures left from previous people’s stays. The pool was great and a fantastic treat in the cold! The location was away from the Main Street of Helen but it was also an easy walk to get to all the activities. The drive up and down the resort was roughly 16 to 18 degree grade. Checkout was easy and there were some easy directions that needed to be followed but for the price and location, nothing but love for this place!

W stay for 2 night.. but the checkin around 12am was a fast process. Got to the house snooze away . It was a great stay. I Will definitely be back.

The chalets had everything we needed from bedding, towels, pots, pans. We loved the view of downtown Helen, and a close walk to downtown. The drive up is a little steep, but once we got used to it, not bad. If you have hip issues, there are quite a steep flight of stairs. overall very good, my grandkids and daughter loved it, and they especially loved the jacuzzi in the loft bedroom. I think it would be nice to go back in warmer weather so we could enjoy the pool and outdoors.
