"The swiming pool waas drained and unusable. Checkin was easy. There was no booklet in the room that showed times of continental breakfast, checkout time, no Do Not DISTURB sign on door that we could put out, etc. and things to do around town. The pillows were very flat and no extra pillows. The AC just blew forward.
It was a place to stay, reasonable price. Staff was friendly and nice."
"The property was convenient for our needs. The front desk check in was “non memorable”. Arriving at 8PM, a smile & welcome would have helped. Didn’t expect a two floor property not to have an elevator. I’ll go with that all of the first floor rooms were occupied. Or at least letting our senior age appearance be an indicator of prior knowledge before climbing up the stairs with our luggage. It was too late & also being tired to go back to the front desk to discuss. Also, the A/C was just loud...
