Very clean, nice breakfast, comfortable bed. Housekeeping didn’t refill shampoo or conditioner, even after calling the front desk. Overall, a nice stay.

The room was clean. The Staff was very friendly. The hot tub was still not working, but the pool was very warm. Maybe they should not have the hot tub on the amenities page.

The staff help me right away with an issue with my booking. They were very accommodating and professional. You can see they take pride in their work and keeping up this property. We will definitely be back. The grounds are immaculate. We didn’t want to leave.

Access to hotel to get off of the highway was very, very easy! Room was nice. What i didn't like was that the parking lot and sidewalks were not shoveled or cleared. It had snowed a couple days ago and it should have been cleared right away.

Although we spent the day in Alexandria it was worth the drive to Glenwood to stay at the Grandstay Hotel. This was our second time here and we will definitely return again.
