「The room was clean. Person at check in was courteous, nice. Good breakfast. Sauna and pool are nice. The manager seems grumpy, not friendly. Overall it was a good stay. We'll be back. 」

「For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and...

「Even under renovations, this was a fantastic stay and I only wish I needed to stay there longer. The water pressure was glorious for a morning shower. Breakfast was great and the staff was super kind and helpful after a weary day of travel. Definitely recommend this place!」

「I stay at a lot of hotels across the country and out of the country this was by far the best. Everything was perfect. The breakfast bar was out of this world. Would highly recommend it by far. If I had any complaint is was stayed in 313 right by elevator and the noise from the door opening the ding was a bit loud and annoying. Perfect visit to Alexandria plan on staying there more often when in area.」

「Pool was not available, sauna was not available, fitness room was not available, hot tub is not available, when I asked about breakfast the hostess at front desk just walked away from me. So I checked out and went somewhere else. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Two big thumbs down」
