「Staff when we checked in was great and helpful! As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention.」

「The hotel is very old, and poorly maintained. We were told when we arrived that the pool and hot tub were out of order. Judging from the scum layer sitting on top of the pool I think it’s safe to say it has been “out of order” for a long time. All in all I do not plan on staying here again.」

「Woman at front desk spoke very softly, and it was hard to hear her even when she was asked to speak louder. We didn’t know about the $60 hold. The room was clean and comfortable with good tv stations. WiFi was so-so. Common areas could use updating and continental breakfast was basic. Nobody seemed to be available at checkout.」

「The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend.」

「I was only traveling through so only needed a clean room with a clean bed. I did find one bath towel had 2 holes in it - about 2”!! And the air conditioner was too loud to run all night - it would turn off for about 10 minutes and just when I was starting to sleep, it came back on for about 2 minutes. So I really didn’t sleep well. I tried to open the window but it had some sort of lock preventing it from being opened.」

「When we arrived, neither the outdoor or indoor pool was open. We were told it would open at 9pm, it did not. This was also two years in a row that the waterpark wasn't open. Opened up the sofa bed- the mattress was so old, there was no support. The springs were sticking out of the mattress- it was not able to be slept on due to it being that uncomfortable. Tried to call the front desk for more towels- followed the instructions on the phone to reach the front desk, but it would not go...

「If you need a place to sleep then it’s ok but was much worse then when we stayed two years ago. Not very clean or well kept.」

「Hotel appeared run-down, it was mostly clean, but definitely showed its age. Rooms were ok, did see a stain on the mattress. Breakfast was not much vs other hotels I’ve stayed at that offer hot breakfast. Bread was stale.」

「The staff were friendly and our room was clean. It wasn’t ready when we checked in so we did have to wait a few minutes. Great location, and price.」
