「Beware of this hotel. I booked via hotel.com. Paid the price before hand and when I arrived, I was told that I don’t have any reservations. When I showed the booking confirmation, the reception said they can’t see it on their end. I was scammed although I was very alert. Beware. Never pay online. Always pay upfront.」

「Very horrible experience. I did stay at the hotel for one night. Room was like not cleaned for ages. Water leak in the shower. Broken toilet. Broken room door. Very weirded receptionist. 」

「Decent hotel in Ha’il. Comfortable bed. Restaurants near by. Spacious backyard with sitting areas. Didn’t try the pool, didn’t look too inviting. 」

「The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. 」
