Bed headboard was beoken roches were there shower had less water means you have to stand against the wall to take shower. They showed pictures on site which was totally different than actual property. Elevator door broken doesn't close. Bottom line very very terrible property will not recommend even they offer free stay.

Everything you expect good will be opposite.first no Except Credit Card. Broken matress Broken toilet seat damaged shower. Broken Air conditioner but working. I requested to manage to fix many time but they don’t take serious.

À fuir absolument Pas de wifi, pas de kitchenette (contrairement à ce qu'ils prétendaient dans la réservation), pas d'essuies au quotidien, sale, mauvaise hygiène, lit et coussin inconfortables, tapis très sale, ils ne changent pas les draps et les taies d'oreiller, il y a des punaises de lit ou des acariens (boutons attrapés sur la peau après 2 nuits), pas d'accueil et pas de service, pas de papier toilette, quartier bruiant et pas d'isolation sonore. Les photos sont trompeuses. À éviter absolument. Il n'y a même pas le nom de l'établissement visible sur la rue.

Good stay

Lots of takeaway shops and local amneties nearby. Local area- so can be noisy with kids playing outside for those looking for a quiet place- (this was not an issue for me). Hotel consists of short-term and long-term stay guests. Staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. 24 hour front desk/ reception. Toiletries provided with room (no towel) and there is a fridge/ freezer and plasma screen TV. Quite a bit of a walk from the centre/ Masjid Al Nabawi, you’re better off getting an Uber/ Careem/ taxi ( approx. 10-11 SAR)
