「Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend ausgestattet, gab leckere frische Säfte, Obst, wenn etwas gefehlt hat, konnte man es sich noch zusätzlich bestellen. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Und der Bungalow war fantastisch, man bekam im Bungalow auch immer kostenloses Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Und der Pool ein Traum. Und obwohl in Saudi-Arabien, war es gestattet, im Badeanzug in den Pool zu gehen.」

「We had a really bad experience going through Expedia - even though we had already paid for an extra guest while booking with Expedia, the hotel still made us pay for the extra guest. It is located right off the Haram so it is convenient for male guests, however if you have more ladies than gents in your party, this location can add quite a bit of walk for the ladies. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for longer stay.」

「I am very pleased with the experience. I just want to mention.if you came to Madina by HHR, You can go to the hotel next to the budget office there is a corridor that lead to the hotel indoor. The staff are great from check in to check out. We really enjoyed our stay thank you so much Allah bless you」

「This is a beautiful property set into an amazing landscape. The staff are very helpful and everything was spotlessly clean. I think that the furnishing etc are looking a little tired and is likely due for a refresh, but its very well maintained.」
