"Apartment was cozy, clean and newly renovated; AC worked very well; bathroom and kitchen were modern; patio was great to use for meals. We had a small one-bedroom apartment and it was perfect for 2 people. The pool was beautiful and clean and the grounds overall were very well tended for. Lots of shrubs and trees; beautiful lawn. Most importantly it is located at a 5-min walk from La Pelosa beach and this was great. Note that refrigerator is very small and it may have helped if kitchen had...

"Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, aber die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr schlecht! (nach der Buchung konnte man im Kleingedruckten lesen)Keine Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klima, Mülltüten, Wlan und die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimalistisch, aber 5 separate Mülleimer auf dem Balkon, sehr gemütlich. Der hohe Preis kann nur der zentralen Lage zur Stadt geschuldet sein. "

"Convenient location to travel to baia Sardinia and Porto Cervo. Baia Sardinia is less than 10 mins away Porto Cervo is 5 min drive away 2 exceptional restaurants near by spinnaker and retro Apartment was large. Has a bath but no shower as such. Have to hold shower head above you to shower"

"It was overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It was gorgeous, up high in the hills. My husband and cousin were able to run down to have a swim, so it wasn’t too far away. It was very quiet. Everything in the apt worked. Good parking."

"The apartment was well located and had a lovely balcony. The Aircon unit and facility to wash and dry our beach clothes was great. The communication from the owners was very good and the check in/out process was very straight forward. We just would have liked to see some more amenities such as a washing up/drying cloth, wine glasses and better cooking utensils ie chopping knives. These however, are very small suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
