We had a great stay at Olbia loft. Nearby laundry and places to eat that’s all walkable. We did rent a car and had no trouble finding parking.

Great little cozy place in the heart of the action

Amazing communication and so helpful, the one thing you want on vacation is easy…and it was so easy! Everything was taken care of, communication was great and location, location, location. It was right in the heart of the action, walk out the door and you are there. The property is very simple, nothing flashy, so if you are looking for that beach town simplicity it is perfect, if you are looking for high end hotel, probably not your spot. With that said, property was great, had everything you needed and nothing that you don’t. I would absolutely recommend if you are just looking for a simple place right off Corso Umberto and all the restaurants and night life. You won’t find a better location anywhere near the price point.

It was kind of noisy outside and last night a couple gentlemen were partying outside the door and didn’t leave till midnight. It would be nice if there was somewhere to put your clothes a shelf upstairs perhaps

The property is located close to restaurants. There is bad aroma when entering the property and the Expedia address is inaccurate. There is a close car park which turns into a market on Tuesday and cars are towed away. It would have been good if the host had advised of this.

If you wanna stay on the ground floor, choose the 1st option with smaller room. Other rooms are on 1st floor without a lift. The room is good but bring along with your own shampoo/shower gel. They offer one there without label. So I don’t even know that is a shower gel or shampoo. Unlike other stay, they don’t offer bottle of water and tap water isn’t drinkable. Others are all great.

Globalement décevant, dommage. Les 2 points très négatifs : . Aucune humanité, aucune bienveillance, aucune gentillesse. Pas un mot sur place ni même des documents sur place avec ce qu'il y a à visiter dans les environs. Pas un mot ou un geste pour la Nouvelle Année. Alors que dans leur ensemble, les Sardes sont bienveillants et généreux. . Humidité et condensation très importantes. Les 2 points très positifs : . Emplacement idéal. Proche centre et bus (aéroport). . Eau chaude. Nous avons été déçus par cet hébergement.

L’OlbiaLoft est idéalement situé dans le centre ville. L’appartement est bien équipé et en bon état. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute. Cependant l’isolation est vraiment mauvaise. Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits très désagréables du fait de voisins qui faisaient la fête puis étaient trop bruyants pendant leurs ébats. Cela reste un lieu à recommander pour séjourner à Olbia.

Le logement est très bien situé à 30m de la rue principale et il y un super marché à 10min à pied. Cependant le quartier peut être très animé (concert le soir même au mois d’octobre dans la rue d’à coté, récupération des poubelle à verres des restaurant tres tôt le matin). La cuisine est très mal équipée : couverts, assiettes, une poêle une casserole et c’est tout. Il manque pas mal de petites choses pour réellement pouvoir cuisiner correctement.

Está muy bien situado, al lado de una calle céntrica y con mucho ambiente. El aparcamiento es horrible... El apartamento está bien aunq le falta mucha vajilla. Es un sitio de playa y no hay un simple tendedero para las toallas y dentro hay mucha humedad, además q cuando llegamos, llegué a contar 7 mosquitos dentro del apartamento. La cama era cómoda y el baño amplio.

På genomresa en natt i slutet på September. Enkel incheck online. Ingång direkt från markplan till det rum vi hade (No1.) Sängen var skön, mjuk och hård på samma gång. Kudden stor och mjuk. Testade lilla espressomaskinen (kaffekapsel fanns!). Rent rum. Centralt läge. Bra mörkläggning. Hör bilarna som åker på kullerstenen utanför relativt tydligt genom fönstret. Fungerande WiFi!

Positiv: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Dame an der Rezeption, die sehr gut Deutsch sprach und uns bei der Ankunft alles verständlich erklärt hat – das war wirklich hilfreich. Auch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft war ein Pluspunkt: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar. Negativ: Leider war unser Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten enttäuschend. Die Dusche hatte deutlich sichtbaren Schimmel, was den Hygienestandard stark beeinträchtigte. Bereits bei der Ankunft war die Bettwäsche fleckig, was ebenfalls keinen guten ersten Eindruck machte. Auch die Handtücher waren in schlechtem Zustand – teils fleckig, mit Löchern, und selbst nach dem Anfordern neuer Handtücher erhielten wir erneut verschmutzte Exemplare. Die Zimmertür machte keinen sicheren Eindruck, was uns nachts ein ungutes Gefühl gab. Zudem war die Matratze sehr abgenutzt und durchgelegen, was den Schlafkomfort erheblich beeinträchtigte. Obwohl die Lage zentral ist, muss man mit erheblichem Lärm in der Nacht rechnen – für lärmempfindliche Gäste ist das definitiv ein Nachteil. Fazit: Trotz des freundlichen Personals und der guten Lage können wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der hygienischen Mängel und des schlechten Zustands der Ausstattung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nous avions de la misère à faire le check in à distance et l’hôte nous a attendu pendant un heure seulement pour nous aider. Très bon service. Nous sommes restés une journée, la chambre avait une petite odeur de renfermé, mais après avoir parti l’air climatisé, nous étions correct.

Die Wohnung ist zentral in der schönen Altstadt, in einer ruhigen kleinen Nebenstraße gelegen. Perfekt für einige Tage um Olbis zu Fuß kennenzulernen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön renoviert, alles sauber, Bad und Toilette sind Top (bis auf ein paar Fliesen unter der Fußmatte am Waschbecken). Es könnten einige zusätzliche Küchenutensilien mehr sen um ggf auch selbst eimal eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Zusammengefasst: Lage sehr gut, Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr empfehlenswert.
