Great stay

This was a super convenient option before a flight. Check in was smooth; room was clean; had a traditional Japanese restaurant attached which was lovely

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The shower water temperature sometimes jumps from normal to scalding to freezing. Breakfast was amazing.

After a long flight n already after 11pm, I was looking forward to wash up and sleep. I ended cleaning up the washroom before I can use it. There was a few pieces of hair everywhere esp the bathtub.

Nicely located hotel in Chitose.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean. Complimentary carpark provided just across the road to hotel. Location of hotel was excellent in Chitose. Easy access to airport and outlet mall.

It’s good price hotel , don’t expected anything much. Close to station like 5 mins walk . Many good around . Close to Aeon . Very convenient and cheap hotel . Small room but I’m just sleep at night , so don’t bothering me at all .

this hotel provide free shuttle service to airport up to 10am. Location is very good and the room is clean too. only the pyjama is very outdated.
