「Didn’t realize when we booked this it was their white town holiday. It was as so cool to everyone in white. The street festivals etc were great. The hotel held a party it was loud till 12;30 am but it was their holiday. The location was ideal to the shops and ship dock. My suite was incredible for the price. I’d return for sure.」

「Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...
