到着した日に電気のブレーカーが一部落ちていて、湯沸かし器、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーが使えませんでした。すぐに確認して直してくれ対応は良かったです。 施設内はプールやショッピングモール、子どもの遊び場、レストランと充実しているので外に出る必要がありません。いいホテルです。 ただ、リゾートホテルなだけあり、料金は全て高いです。中国は物価が安いのに、ある意味日本以上の高さを感じるものもありました。

服務質素有待改善

1)check in 的時候, 職員找了廿十分鐘後回覆在其qq郵箱沒有收到任何Hotel.com關於本人 的reservation 。在三十分鐘後，突然改口說找到了。在前台等候多時。。。。。 2)在等候期間，前台的衛生很差，被蚊子/跳蚤在腳踝上叮了幾口。 3)入住12215房的床單是破爛的。 4)登記時是要求大床房，但到達房間時是twins bed

已经是第二次选择红树林了，上一次的菩提酒店给我和父母都留下了很好的印象所以这次跟老公来也是毫不犹豫的选择了这里。椰林酒店总体来说还可以，但是内部的装修明显没有菩提酒店新可能是白色的关系所以显得有点灰蒙蒙的发旧。早餐的环境也一般般，有大食堂的既视感。其他还ok,地理位置比较方便，晚上升级的园景房静止还是不错的。
