「I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, responsive and always willing to help. A special thank you to Joel for his excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. There was some road work happening outside the hotel, but the team handled it well and helped with my luggage all the way to the taxi pickup point. 「Good location, friendly staff. However, sanitation isn’t one of their strengths. The rooms/dorms are very small, the AC in dorms is kept at 24 C/ 75 F. With four to six people in a 10x15 room, the place quickly heats up. The staff helps adjust the same if you ask for it. Breakfast is cereal, bread, and cut fruits. However, I saw cockroaches crawling in the breakfast area and couldn’t gather the courage to eat it. Bathrooms are tiny with a barely functional exhaust. It gets very hot and...
