When we arrived at the hotel then shown to the room, the toilet seat was dirty and not clean with hairs on it.
Shower door was loose and did not close so when you had a shower all the water coming out of the shower and made the floor wet and dangerous. The water in the shower did not drain into the plug hole so had to stop the shower for the water to drain in the plug hole. The basin tap was very loose and moved every time we turned it on. There was also mould in the shower screen rubber.
When I was having a shower in the evening there was a power cut in the hotel and it was dark and dangerous in the shower as i could not see anything at all and could have fell or had a serious acciident.
The net curtains in the bedroom were dirty and brown and had dirty marks on them. The curtains have never been cleaned.
At night me and my wife could not sleep as the music from the Bora Bora club was loud until 1.30am in the morning. The music was so loud that the windows were vibrating.
The breakfast was very disappointing. The sandiwiches were dry and the bread seemed stale. Most of the food put out was cold and the scrambled eggs were stone cold. The selection of the breakfast was very limited and most of it did not seem fresh.
One day we could not have breakfast as it was full so we had to wait outside.
This hotel is definately not a five star hotel as it more like a three star hotel. For the price we paid it is definately not worth it. The rooms and the hotel are very outdated
