「The staff were nice and polite. My main concern was the safety. There were no double locks. I didn't feel safe as a solo traveler. I left right away. I told the receptionist my concern but not even an apology was offered.」

「The hotel is very close to a major street, therefore, very noisy. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet, therefore, the toilet gets all wet after a shower. There is a step up of a little more than a foot from the living room to the bathroom, this could pose a danger if not careful. There are several resteaurants right around the hotel, therefore very convenient. Shuttle to the airport is a plus; though there is no shuttle from the airport as advertised. The gym was a bit dated, and the treadmill was out of service for my whole visit. Free-weights and other options were available. The massage services were 100% exceptional.」

「We live at the West Wing, it’s easy to get to the nearby convenient stores, pharmacies and local malls( just a few minutes walk) I like the swimming pool on the roof top, overlooking a golf field. There is a warm water massage pool, though sometimes if it’s not bubbling,the warm water is really relaxing.」
