We loved our stay at Novotel Araneta, the staff was super courteous, the room was spacious and clean. Excellent location with direct access to the Gateway Malls, Farmer's Market, and Araneta Colosseum. Just in front is Fiesta Carnival and very close to SM Cubao and Ali Mall.

The room was clean , they have a unique drinking water system delivered at your whim in I assume sterile sealed reusable glass bottles. Staff was abundantly polite and accommodating. Just remember this one thing Staff are there to serve but they are not your servants. Ty
