「Very clean and tidy, cleaners cleaned every single day, bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, highly recommend. If you’re going out on the new town strip, it’s about a 15min walk or a £3 uber, and because of the 24hr reception, means you can leave your key with reception and collect on return to save losing when out and about.」

「We had a great week here. Family friendly resort, nice staff and great facilities. Brilliant pools and lovely beach. Buganvilla & Cafeteria restaurants were excellent both with a lovely setting. The resort is very good value overall. The resort feels safe and secure and has a relaxed feel to it. Slides only for young kids but the pools are great. Plenty of water parks nearby for more slide action. Thankyou Alfagar, we will be back!」

「The location is really nice and quiet. Short walk to near by restaurants and supermarkets. Prices are reasonable outside the resorts and I would not say the resorts prices are expensive. There are a variety of places to snack and drink. Plenty of things to do for the kids at the pool and playgrounds (football ground, ping-pong, pool tables etc…) The staff is very welcoming and it makes the stay very relaxed. 「Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one...

As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was varied and of good quality.」

「Overall the hotel was beautiful, though they need a little updating. We had informed the front desk that our phone was not working at all. Maintenance came and was making me flush the toilet 3 times to “reboot the line” I did so and still did not work so I asked for him to return tomorrow cause I saw no point in just flushing the toilet for the phone to work again. Also there was spiders on the balcony.」
