「Beautiful resort in a quiet part of Tenerife. Hotel was great but the staff - from the bar staff restaurant check in - each and everyone one of them made this trip. They were first class - kind friendly hard working and personable. Hard to ever anywhere in the world where the staff were this attentive. A credit to the hotel and their management team. 」

The facilities are fairly basic and parking is limited in a residential cul-de-sac but it had everything you need at an outstanding value.」

「Un petit hotel au calme sur les hauteurs de Guïmar, dans une ancienne ferme. La vue sur l'ocean et l'ile de la Grande Canarie au loin etait juste fantastique. Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. 「Destacaría muy positivamente la atención recibida por el personal, sin lugar a duda. Noemi, Jony, Ana la camarera de pisos. Todos ellos hicieron de nuestra estancia un momento bastante único y especial, el factor humano es bastante bueno. Por último cabe destacar que las habitaciones están dotadas de lo más primordial y necesario... eso sí, la televisión no se conecta a la red wifi... hemos probado de todo.」

「Spacious and well decorated room with pretty wooden furnishings, large covered balcony, extensive sea view and good pool. Checking in and out were smooth and staff very accommodating. Ample secure parking provided but quite an inconvenient location with few amenities, shops or restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again and highly recommend as a more budget-friendly option.」
