Lovely cozy hotel with skilled and nice staff. Perfectly located with shopping, bus station and the beach promenades. And nice with a couple of hotplates available even though an oven is missing. For me the hotel is affordable up to 100 euros per day.

Great value for under 90 euros per day. Nice bathroom, balcony, bed and ok kitchen. Nice and helpful reception. Very close to the central bus station and Hiper Dino with fishmonger, butcher and cheese shop.

Great place to stay

Room was bad at first but they changed me to a nicer and cleaner one. Room has a good size and everything needed to be ok for a few days. The staff is awesome. Especially the bar area.

Not too far from the city and i had a fantastic day at the animal park, definitely a big hit with kids. Only issue was that there was a bus strike at the time, which meant what i wanted to do in terms of excursions was limited.

Lovely little aparthotel. Simple accommodation, simple breakfast. Slept amazingly well and the pool on the roof is exquisite. We were not planning on having a car at the time of booking, however we did get one later and, when we arrived Saturday night, it was impossible! to find parking anywhere near the hotel. Even the lovely gentleman on reception tried to help us to no avail. In the end we had to park 2,5 miles away. Sunday evening we managed to park closer, therefore I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a car, but otherwise superb!

the food breakfast/lunch/diner is average, in numbers a 6 as you don't get sick. the warm food is overcooked, is left to long lying waiting for clients, make less and make it tastefull and fresh. chicken breast is cooked to dry meat. the best to eat where the bun's when that's the highlite it is not that good. Breakfast and deserts(yoghurts) keep them cooled just a little more effort but makes the experience. In effect to the meals, put some love and pride in it. the ingredients are good but the preparation fails. Rooms are nice and clean, carpet in the hallway may be replaced I will give the room an 7.5 due to the not so nice gym(next door complex) next door with a horn sounding during the games, shouting and whistle's The staff is friendly they get a 8.5

It was my first time experiencing service like this. First of all, if you have “all inclusive,” be prepared to ask for drinks during meals. We waited, but no one came to our table — we were simply ignored. Second, the food was exactly the same every single day. After 9 days, we were just dreaming of normal food at home. Third, the cleaning service. We hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign, but they ignored it and came in to clean every day anyway. This is unpleasant and feels like a violation of personal space. Another big issue is the attitude of some staff. A young waiter, after learning we were staying with an all-inclusive package, simply stopped noticing us — it felt like we were treated as second-class guests. The way they treat guests who speak Spanish is very different from how they treat those who speak English. Of course, there are exceptions — one bartender, a waiter, and a chef were truly amazing: friendly, attentive, always smiling. But the rest either ignored us or looked unhappy to be there. This really spoiled the overall impression of the hotel and the vacation we had been waiting for all year. A particularly unpleasant moment was on my birthday. The day before, another guest was congratulated with a cake and candles, but on my birthday the hotel did absolutely nothing. It may seem small, but it left a bad feeling. Overall, “all inclusive” at this hotel does not mean comfort — it means constant asking and repetitive food. And judging by other reviews, we’re no

Place really needs an update as everything seems really old and worn off. Kitchen was basically falling apart and had ants. Bathroom canal was smelly and the wall around the door including the door were all bruised and chipping off. The bed was probably the best thing about the the place as it was large and we found it comfortable but the place really needs some maintenance. Breakfast was ok and we think it would have been ok to not have it included. However the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful and assisting any requests you may have with a smile

Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicación y que había huéspedes tanto nacionales como extranjeros. Además, a diferencia de otros alojamos en los que hemos estado, la habitación tenía muchos espejos y el baño, aunque era estrecho, tenia suficientes baldas y colgadores. AC de 2 intensidades. El personal era muy amable y atento (limpieza, comedor,..) supermercado, farmacia, estación de guaguas=autobuses al lado. Lo que menos me gusto fue la habitación y la “cocinita”. La nuestra no estaba reformada. Pensaba que habia cogido una con habitación y era un estudio, tampoco lo veia especificado en la reserva de expedia. La terraza daba al polideportivo y se escuchaban motores de maquinas hasta las 24h o mas. Las ventanas bloqueaban bien el ruido. Los niños dormian en un sofa nido. La cocina no tenia microondas, lo hubiera preferido antes que tener fogones eléctricos, no usamos y nos quitaban espacio. Había dotación justa de utensilios de cocina, no usamos Cafetera melita, ni hervidor de agua. Teníamos trapo cocina, pero nada de estropajo o lavavajillas. Frigorífico y tendedero ok. Ojo, hay que dar vueltas para aparcar en la zona. En cuanto a desayuno y cena, para mi estaba bien, no necesitaba mas. No había tanta variedad como en otros bufetes, siempre había una carne y un pescado en las planchas, pero algun dia se noto que la dotación de personal estaba justa para cocinar y responder a la demanda. Comparando con otros alojamientos, le daría un 7, no el 8 que veíamos en anuncio.

Del alojamiento destacaría, por encima de todo, la amabilidad del personal, la excelente ubicación y la limpieza. Además, la disposición de las habitaciones y la comodidad de las camas, convirtieron nuestra estancia en una maravillosa experiencia. El único inconveniente, aunque a nosotros no nos importó demasiado, fue algún que otro desperfecto, pero entendible dado la afluencia de reservas. Esperamos volver pronto. Gracias!

Dejlig morgenmad. Meget kedelig aftensmad. Ikke særligt venlige tjenere. De blev dog sødere på dag 7. Meget sød kvindelig receptionist. Fik værelse mod øst. Ingen sol efter kl. 10.00. Så vi fik ikke brugt altanen. Fin tagterrasse med venlige livreddere. Der er både liggestole med hynder og borde/stole. Vi havde 7 dage på halvpension og 4 dage uden pension. Dejligt med et minikøkken og specielt godt med køleskab og vandvarmer. Ok fitnessrum.

Pâtisseries très ordinaires, café médiocre, machine à jus très sucré, pain carré b’snc et brun seulement, oeufs froid et aucun fruit frais tranchés. Seulement quelque banane et poires avec la pelure. Mauvaise odeurs assez forte dans le passage pour se rendre a notre chambre. De plus, je suis très sensible a la fumé de cigarette et avec la proximité des balcons le Fumé des voisins pénetraient dans notre chambre. Oui, tu peux utiliser le climatiseur mais il tombe directement sur ta tête.
