「This is not an airport hotel. It is inconveniently located such that taxis and Ubers, charge a fortune. You are forced to use their hotel shuttle. They don’t have whatsapp so it’s a struggle for outsiders to contact them. The rooms are basic at best. The young man at reception is wonderful/ helpful ( think he is on at nights); the older gentleman in the morning, is rude and unhelpful. Suggest he not be customer facing.」

「This hotel is in good location and nearby a train station that go directly to Venezia in around 30 mins. It is clean and in very reasonable price. There is also a free shuttle bus service to the nearby station. You may also walk there in 10 mins , very close. The hotel nearby a big shopping mall, the supermarket is big and you can get what you want.」

「门口有Bus站去主岛还是挺方便的，就是住置有点偏出门觅食不是很方便，出门需用uber。办理入住时前台小姐态度不是太友好。」

「被安排在108房間，馬桶蓋竟然脫離，床單有血跡，三張床只有一個棉被，其他竟然是毛毯。房間令人覺得陰暗不適。很可怕的房間。查到當天還有空房，不知道為何要安排108客房給我們。 還好隔天幫忙更換到202。整個提升很多。如果是202房間，下次願意再入住， 希望不要安排108那種房間， 到了202房間， 餐廳有位年老女士服務態度很差，只有我一個人時，把垃圾丟在我的桌上，很可惡。當時約10:10am. 0204櫃檯小姐人很好。 有位櫃檯先生（會說中文）人也很好。 」

「Hotel is accessible by people mover and ferry. Breakfast is good, especially of coffees. Location is quiet and good for sleeping.」
