「This BW is really tired! Needs a refresh. Didn’t get maid service during my stay. Came back to my room with dirty & wet towels on the floor and unmade beds. Front desk girl told me I was on “the list” and didn’t know why my room was not cleaned. Light bulbs not working, shower head coming out of the wall, Dirty napkins on the floor behind the bed. No sheet under the blanket….」

「My 2 children and I arrived to the property late, around 11pm after a 5 hour drive. I had booked the room 2+ weeks in advance with the “pay at the property” option. We gathered our belongings and entered the hotel to be greeted by a kiosk with and an off property rep. After scanning my ID she informed me the the hotel was overbooked and the front desk had canceled our reservation. I did not get a phone call or email to inform me. We needed to find another hotel in the middle of the night and pay...

「I wanted to get coffee upon waking up in the morning. I went down in the morning and ther person behind the counter told me she needed to finish counting the drawer before she could help me. So I needed to wait there about 10-15 mins until the drawer was counted. Seems like the customer should be served first, pause the drawer counting until after. 」
