Outside looks horrible but pleasantly surprised the inside looked like the photos- newly renovated, clean, Great shower. Sheets and pillows are tired. Tv didn’t work. No coffee machine. Offered in shabby front office. Front door poorly sealed, can hear traffic noise like there’s a window open.

Room was not clean and staff refused to let me switch rooms or get a refund. I have an emotional support animal and their doors were unlatching themselves, she got out and was missing for 5 hours. When I asked the staff for camera footage their only worry was that I had an animal, when I let staff be aware of her. They then said that the cameras that only I needed were disconnected. When it was time to check out my ride was not there to pick me up, so they made me leave their property carrying 8 bags and kept saying, “you have 10 minutes. Whatever you leave behind is ours.” I left two smart TVs behind because I was not able to carry them with my belongings. They’re are inhumane crooks. An over priced, low ran, hotel with the customer service of a Disney villain. Do not book here.

I’m not sure how this property got 4 stars. It was the DIRTIEST room we’ve ever stayed in. Walls were brown with dirt. Half ripped off command hooks on the walls. Room door wouldn’t open all the way. Dead bugs on the floor. We killed cockroaches 3 different times running across the floor. Light plates were all broken. Bathroom mirror broken. Hangar rack was hanging halfway out of the wall. Towels and sheets were stained with questionable stains. Fabric couch has brown stains all over it like blood or bodily fluids. Light fixtures were taped with black tape. Health inspector needs to check this property.
